Along the prairie you will find a group of trees where an old homestead use to be. I noticed this group of trees and wandered up the old road to see what I suspected once was there. I found an old foundation where some farm barn may have existed. It's a different feeling to stand there and listen to the wind blow and wonder what life was like for these people in the past.
