Light from the heavens!

We showed an amazing DVD at a church 'special' last evening ~ a talk about the cosmos from a brilliant speaker called Louie Giglio. Illustrated with some stunning images from N.A.S.A. he took us on a voyage through the 'known universe' to remind us how great our God is.

How appropriate, then, that just a few hours earlier, as I took a walk on a nearby hill with my wife and family, that I should witness this 'light from the heavens'! It only lasted a few seconds, but it was an amazing spectacle! I'm just glad I had my camera with me.
