This 1350x900 px image was down-resed from a 7952x5304 px 42MP file. That's a little less than 3% of the pixels compared to the insert which is an un-sampled area @ 100% and outlined in white. That insert shows significant star streaks using a 20 second exposure with this 14mm lens on a FF camera. I have zero previous experience in astrophotography and these streaks surprised me given what I had read regarding using a 14mm lens. Admittedly the example is taken off center where the elongation is more evident. I'm guessing it will take a 10 sec exposure to suppress them to more reasonable levels.
