Embankment work at Mehoopany

These foam formers are individually custom cut with a hot knife and will serve as the shapers for the screen wire embankment that goes from track to river bed. Note that the track drainage ditch has been cut into the top of each former. And yeah, that's GREEN on the hillside behind! So much for dirt.

Dude, listen to your inner 8-year-old: There's always time for dirt! Laid down on plaster, whiffed over rock castings, sifted into grass... Texture! It can always be covered with ground foam (green fluff), static grass, details, debris, whatever! Dirt forever! --Bill McKean
