Location: Sao Pedro de Moel, Portugal
One morning I was driving to work and decided to take a different road. When I got to this spot, I had to stop to admire those rays of light coming down from the tall trees. Then I picked my camera, mounted it on a tripod, framed the picture and set the selftimer on. I run to the spot in the sun, counting down from 10 to 0 in my mind and... click (yes, it's me in the picture, I thought the picture needed a human element in it). This was taken in the heart of Pinhal de Leiria (Leiria's Pinetree Forest), not far from my hometown. It's a place called Ponte Nova and it's a wonderfull place to take long walks and relax.
