Urban Philadelphia Special Ed Kids, at the Chinese restaurant, in a spontaneous embrace including an unforgettable kiss. These kids are not shy in the least. Disadvantaged all their lives, they are trying to catch up, late in their teen years with their education and social upbringing. They need lots of discipline, but most of society has already given up on them, and for the most part they are destined to be the welfare recipients and prison residents of the future. It is a sad commentary on the prospects of the socially disadvantaged in America today.
