I dont think the coatings have much to do with it, except for excellent transmission of light. The color correction would be due to TECs choice of FPL51 glass and the glass types of the mating elements. They are definitely not your classic blue mag. fluoride coatings, TEC come with broadband anti-reflection coatings. best wishes, mike

The color is simply phenomenal. I'm wondering how much contribution to the overall would be provided by the Flouride coatings.
