December 9

Today the UPS man delivered my early Christmas present to myself! I had been curious about the Nikon lenses with the defocus control feature so I broke down and finally ordered the Nikkor 105 f/2 DC.

It was late evening by the time I got home and had the chance to play with it, so for now, Miles will have to be my model. He did seem very interested in the box it came in...

With eyes like those, Miles doesn't need any lenses. But packaging? That's always fun! What a cute shot.
