These used to be the last buildings on town's edge. Now the official border
has been moved and Pagosa doesn't seem to be such a small town anymore.
Further to the East welcoming sign read: Pagosa Springs - most snow in Colorado.
After some years of drought and winters without snow it was changed -
Pagosa Springs - the Best of Colorado (or something like that).
