Great Gray Owl !

This capture is really important for me ; as a birder and a photographer, it's a LIFER ! What an experience it was !
The mouse is a real natural one that was caught by the bird in front of my tripod !

Nikon D300 ,Nikkor 500mm f/4D IF-ED AF-S II
1/400 sec. f:7.1, ISO 2000 ! No flash, Matrix metering mode A full exif

Great capture, I love the falling snow too. I did not even notice the mouse until I read your words, I was so fasciniated with the eyes and the beautiful background.
