I never tire of photographing my favorite European town.
Here is Cesky Krumlov on December 22, 2005.
The foreground was formerly parking for the Hotel
Ruze (Rose). The Hotel agreed to allow the City to turn
it into a park where visitors and locals can pause and
admire a fine view of the the Castle, Vlatava river
and the town.
The Hotel Ruze is the finest Hotel in Southern Bohemia.
I have read travel books printed in the 1930s that
reflect that same opinion. They also deserve a
reputation for being civic minded.
