Another Cookery Book

I didn't really need another new cookery book but I couldn't resist adding to my collection when I went to the bargain book store yesterday.
A flick through Lawrence Dallaglio's 'My Italian Family Cookbook' convinced me that I had to have it- there were lots of tasty everyday recipes accompanied by
mouthwatering photographs.
Now I have to confess I hadn't heard of Senor Dallaglio and thought he was yet another celebrity chef until my husband asked: 'What does a rugby player know about cooking?'
Quite a lot it seems as I can testify after trying out his recipe for one of my favourite Italian meals -Pollo Alla Cacciatora.
Also added a new post to my blog:

The same ingredients are on our kitchen counter, as I will be making "Pollo al Vino Rosso" from the Italian Cookbook "The Silver Spoon" later today. According to the cover it has been the best selling cookbook in Italy for the last 50 years. Nice looking image by the way with this lgihting and arrangement. "V"
