Visitors

It was bitterly cold today (by Irish standards) so I didn't venture out more than necessary.
That translated to two dog walks, a trip to the clothes line, and a quick stroll down the road to get this shot of our neighbour's sheep who have been joined by some seabirds who have come inland
because of the cold weather.

Each group claiming their part of the field.

The sheep, anyway, are dressed for the weather! Nice shot of this peaceable kingdom.

Maybe its a new herding strategy!

I wouldn't have wanted to go out either. Hopefully the sheep are cozy warm in their fleece.

The sheep don't seem to mind.

they seem disorientated, the second tier gulls and the distant crow even moreso...all submerged in winters damp atmosphere...still at least they have each other...V

That is a clever diverse farmer to try his hand at sea gulls too :0)
I like the way that a couple of the sheep are posing and looking at you - I can rarely get them to lift their heads.
