Seeing the wood for the trees

Just a quick shot taken on my way home at lunchtime,
Most of the trees have lost their leaves now, affording
a different view of the countryside.

the fall of the leaves not only opens up the view, but also reveals the tangled forms of the trees themselves...sharp comp here...V

It's amazing how the landscape seems to change without the solid green vision-barriers. You caught a beautiful scene on the way home.

Beautiful image. I think trees look great in the winter without their leaves too. V

Beautifull view, looks a bit like our Laurentians, my father's native region.

Beautiful trees with the fence.

Touches of sun reaching places otherwise shaded...I wonder if trees feel like humans once they have a hair cut :))
