Living History Carlingford 2010

To celebrate the 800th anniversary of the visit of King John to Carlingford, eight volunteers are stepping back in
time and spending a week living in a medieval castle, wearing the clothes and eating the food of the time.
They have to survive without electricity, running water, or mobile phones
