Coming in to land

A fresh movement image! I braved the weather and headed out to the pier to see if a seagull would oblige for my movement gallery. One did.

P.S. I hadn't realised the subliminal effect other people's photographs can have on me. A few days before taking this I'd posted a comment on one of Sheila's photos. Nice timing! The detail is excellent and the colors beautiful. I particularly like the way its legs are outstretched for the landing. The space on the left makes for a fine composition with room for it to land.
