A nice shot of this attractive presentation. I'm not a chocolate person I think 80% would be too strong for me. The coffee ice cream looks delicious.

You've taken the shot just at the right moment; where the ice cream has started to soften slightly allowing its texture to almost be tasted from the highlights that are generated, but before it becomes mushy. Similar thing with the chocolate "cap" at the other end. I really shouldn't be looking at shots like these...
