Nice work, Barri. I guess being from the "Old School" I prefer an off center crop almost always. Just the difference in people, and goes to show.. do it your own way. :-)
Hi Jeff
I thought about cropping differently in my editor...but then I couldn't have gotten the window patterns in to give depth and repitition...I'm not sure if that's what you meant though. I've tried a square crop to see what that looks like...it eliminates the useless negative space on the sides. That's what I love about my 8080...I never thought I would like an EVF...ever! Especially after using SLR and DSLR veiwfinders...but I can stick it in manual...press the shutter 1/2 way down and see exactly what I'm going to get (well to a pretty good degree anyway). Not so great for focusing but terrific to see lighting

Very nice exposure in a challenging situation (I just set my camera on A or P and keep my fingers crossed). Love the lighting and the composition. Would prefer a different crop in which the subject was dead center.

Excellent painting with light... Great image - easily a vote from me. Wonderfully warm colours. Great job.
