City Inefficiency... sigh.
Looking through the window from my office, I saw that the City of Sugar Land had decided to change the streetlight bulb.
There is a large elementary school across the street. From 3:00 until 3:30, this intersection is packed with school buses and mommies in SUVs picking up kids.
So... our city decided to change the bulb at 3:15, which caused traffic mayhem.
I felt very sorry for the crossing gaurds. As for the workers?
