You know when I saw Christmas Stuff for sale at Costco in August I thought about how much Christmas had changed for me since the days when my Dad put up the tree Christmas Eve and when it wasn't about the presents, but the family being together. Poignant image Lynn. As always, it was a lot of fun doing the challenge with you.

Way TOO early. I love Christmas but the retailers are showing desperation.

Weird seeing Christmas and Halloween together. What about Thanksgiving in between?!

It sure takes the joy out of the holidays! It's all about $$$$$$!

Yuck! I hate to see them rush the holidays.
Cindi Smith01-Oct-2010 03:08
They start so early now it really makes me mad. A great find with that black cat in front....all about making the almighty dollar! :)

It perplexes me that stores set up holiday decorations months away from the actual holiday! This is especially true of Christmas. Rather bizarre to see Christmas and Halloween decorations sharing space, isn't it?? Great capture, Lynn.

We seem to forget the most wonderful holiday--Thanksgiving. My neighbor has had Halloween Decorations all over her yard for a week now and we're not into October.
