They spent the first day gutting out all of the old kitchen and ripping all the old plaster from the walls - right down to the brickwork - while the electrician ran new cables. On day two the kitchen fitter lowered the ceiling, put up the new plasterboard on the walls while the electrician put in the new lights and ran a new ring main into the kitchen.
