The building with the tower is still there it's now Sharrocks and council offices. The tower was bought as a town clock and placed on top of what was then the Sheerness Urban District Council building. But they found it was too heavy and had to be moved off the roof. It was then moved to the Quadrangle in the dockyard. We think it is still in store in the dockyard but it may have rotted away by now.

What is the building with the ower and pinnacle or weather vane on top, where the gas company used to be. Is the single story building behind the church, The national School? The building closest is Rosemary house or Age Concern and the building next door is Bush House
