This possum was lodging in my ceiling ..... I think he is last year's baby, and his mother is chasing him out into the wide world. Here he is, clinging on to the guttering and blinking in the bright sunlight. There was a big fight (I could hear them pounding around above me) so I grabbed the camera and went to the place where they are getting into the ceiling. Sure enough, the result of the fight was that this one came out into the wide world on his own. All is peaceful up there for the moment.
