My 1973 Svea 123 at work in the 21st century.

Marble Mountain Wilderness

My first stove. I drilled it out in about 1984 to lighten it up. This is the first hike it's gone on since 1991 when it clogged up and was retired. I have since gotten it running just fine again, and it's an old trail friend.

Hey, what's that late-model priming pump doing there?? A real '70s stove user would prime the stove the old-fashioned, hair-singeing way! I do like the combo spoon/wrench, however. Nice touch.
