Zermatt - Dufour to Matterhorn

Zermatt, Switzerland view map

Captured from Gornergrat, this is an 85-image panorama of perhaps the most famous backdrop in Switzerland. Unfortunately, for the Web it has to be reduced considerably (to 25%). The original image is 70 x 490 cm at 180 dpi, uninterpolated. I made a print at full size, and the detail just never seems to end. Also, there are absolutely no artifacts, even under a lupe.

I have placed some 100% crops taken from the print file here.

Assembled with AutopanoPro, the best tool currently available. I used a Novoflex VR Stytem Pro to hold the camera.

Sigma SD14 ,Sigma 70mm f/2.8 EX DG
85 captures in 5 rows. full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto
