I discovered my love for pottery and wheel-throwing in 2006 when I first took a class at the Danforth Museum of Art. It turned out to be a wonderful learning experience that led me to discover new ways of expression using a nonverbal medium and a new sense of awareness of the "here and now." If you had the pleasure of trying to sculpt using wheel-throwing techniques, you probably know that you must be fully present to master the movement and flow with it simultaneously.
