A few days of stay in my village at Paranaque allowed me to say hello to my old feathered friends in the city. :)

Brown Shrike (Lanius cristatus, migrant)

Habitat - Common in all habitats at all elevations.

Habitat: Ricefields, grasslands, gardens and scrub.
