I've been waiting for the waves to pick up a bit at nearby San Juan beach, La Union, Philippines.
In the past few weekends, the waves were decently sized enough, and I had fun aiming my birding gear at waveriders.

 TOO ROUGH FOR LITTLE GIRLS. The waves smash against the corals, sending violent seawater sprays into the air. For these two little girls, the sand beach nearby was a better option for swimming.
