Black-tailed Godwit at Candaba wetlands!

Fatbirder's Top 1000 Birding Websites

I paid another visit to my favorite wetlands, unfortunately the water level is very deep on account of the heavy rains induced by the recent typhoon.
There are not too many birds today, but I noticed that some of the migrants have started to come back. In a couple of months or so, all the rest of the gang should already be around.
A formation of the rarish Black-tailed Godwit passed overhead late in the afternoon, and these birds became my 257th lifer. :)
