I’ve been wondering – can the bottle really let you down? Probably not – I think you tend to do that yourself – well, I do anyway.

Tonight’s turn was this one – I got to the bottom of it but still sleep didn’t really follow – an hour or two is all it lasts and I’m just so tired and in need of a good night’s rest…..if I could have anything other (obviously) than a reversal of the decision that’s made my life and the lives of my friends such a misery, I’d settle for a good night’s sleep – is that too much to ask?

At least last year I was smiling.....someone else was seeing 'rude stuff' in my shot though!
