No-one thinks more than I do at the moment about grams of fat, healthy eating and unhealthy eating. I’ve been doing the balancing act of something naughty for something nice for months now…..not that I’m complaining – I needed to lose weight so that’s a good outcome.
I must confess to still feeling a bit smug as my clothes are definitely too big now and even though we’ve eaten exceptionally well, I’d still give more or less anything for a plate of eggs and chips. They are my favourite foods paired in a heavenly combination that little can better if you ask me.
Not only am I thinking about healthy eating in my home life, I’ve also been ‘forced’ to think about it for work and this idea popped into my head for a shot a few days ago. I’ve been planning it since then. Today was the day to do the shot and here it is.
Weirdly, I idly popped a bit of egg yolk into my mouth on the celery and I must say, it was better than you might imagine. They do sort of work together in a strange and disturbing way.
So, after a lot of thought and a lot of worry, I have got myself a group of images that work for me to illustrate the work issue and I’m just hoping now that they work for the rest of the team too.
I’m not sure whether dipping celery in your egg yolk will ever catch on but who knows – I may start a trend here!
