Yep – crappy photo three weeks late…..

I’m not really up to this at the moment. My very own precious little Rosebud, Rosie HAS got the dreaded C word. Yes, she’s got cancer and the vets can do no more for her.

The poor little soul is still “with flowerpot collar” after another operation last week, when they were again unable to cut out the lumps that have been growing on her so they took lots of big biopsies (because the previous ones were inconclusive). She looks as though she’s been in a traffic accident – all shaven and stitched up all over. She’s perky enough though at the moment.

We’ve got to take her for the removal of her stitches next week and then we’ll find out how long they think she’s got.

I’m still in shock and as I type, the tears won’t stop falling. I may have been bracing myself for this news for weeks but it hasn’t made it any easier.
