Yes, at ISO 1250 in any RAF mode regardless of DR modes you are in, you only get 12 megabyte sized raw captures....at 1000 you can get 25 megabyte raw captures. It's a fact that's been reported by several owners who noted that at 1000 they were getting 25 megabyte RAFs, but when they went to 1250 or 1600, the capture size _always_ dropped back down in file size to 12 megabytes.
