Darwin's Finch

Santa Fe Island, Galapagos Islands

These finches are very difficult to photograph. They are small, fast, well camouflaged and constantly on the move.

And so well camouflaged they must be really hard to see. A super capture of this one!

I can imagine it would be hard to catch this little fellow...not only because they are so quick ,but they blend into the background.... tones and textures show up really well...V
