This pin is quite large, because the fabric is very bulky. I rolled a rose, then used a fringed square with 2 fringed organza squares for the backing. The organzas are polyester in pink and peach, and the bottom one forms the base of the pin. It's so large and unwieldy, although very lightweight, that I just pin it on with straight pins, or corsage pins. I'm sure a pin-back would be too small, and it would droop and be unsteady.
