A few years ago, I met a man who was passionate about making mosaics and had quite a collection in his garden. He travelled to many different parts of the world just to find the right stones in shape, colour and luminance to complete his artwork. Unfortunately, he passed away last year (age 96!) and, today, some of his mosaics can be found in the gardens of a local home for the elderly. This is one of them.
