Capphus grylle
Unlike puffins, it prefers to forage in shallow near-shore water.
This birds shows much geographic variation in the amount of white
in its plumage. Higher-latitude populations show more white background
color than do southern populations, and can be nearly pure white with black wings.
One Atlantic Puffin is present at the low right side.
Near Petit Manan Island off the coast of Maine.
