I also say it is Plumeria. The guest is right it is used in leis in Hawaii. Beautiful.

Plumeria, but also called frangipani. It is used in leis in Hawaii, and is fragrant. There is also a pink plumeria. I have seen it in Key West. It is common in Singapore and Indonesia.

I think it belongs to Michelia champaca family. In India, specially in Maharashtra state we call it Sonchapha. Hope it helps.
