There are so many places in Maine that offer brief glimpses of beauty even as you drive along engaged in your day's activities. This view, on this wonderful rainy spring day, is right on Route 3 in Searsmont -- a main thoroughfare on the way to or from Belfast, ME. This spot offers an invitation to experience the beauty of Maine in a very accessible part of the state -- Mid-coast Maine.
