Barry M. Goldwater Range

Yuma itself doesn't have a lot of saguaros.. very few in fact. I love them. The range however does have them and I was thrilled to find that out. I was already having fun documenting the trip and all, but you'll see a few of the images I took just because something caught my eye. I was relaxing and just enjoying being out... it was a great morning and it had just begun.

I like to think that Yuma used to have lots of saguaros, they've just ended up in nurseries over the years. When I first came to Yuma, my mom and I drove down Hwy. 95. There were so many saguaros! Now, you drive Hwy. 95 and you hardly see any.
