The objective of a real estate photographer is to show a potential buyer the unique characteristics of the home. Exterior photographs should be taken with ideal lighting and sky conditions. Interior photographs should illustrate realistic views of the main rooms within the home by the use of additional lighting and perspective correction. With interior photographs, every effort is made to incorporate an exterior window view. Ultimately the goal of each photograph is to drive traffic to the home.
