I think it is easy to see that she is a very, very friendly dog who has never seen a person she doesn't immediately want to befriend! I hope she is changing the still prevalent attitude that German Shepherds are dangerous dogs. None of my previous three shepherds were!

She is such a beautiful girl Christine, you can see in her eyes that she is loving and friendly. We have known many Shepherds over the years and have never met an unfriendly one at all. This is another wonderful portrait of her! V Barbara

German Shepherd owners are as loyal as their dogs. When you have lived with a good German Shepherd you never want another kind of dog. They are smart, loyal and beautiful. Sasha certainly fits the breed description. She has a nice smile too. V

We have had 3 Rottweilers join our family over the years and none of them have shown markings of the bad press they receive...it is never the dog, it is it's owner/trainer and in most cases an indifferent person who doesn't help them learn manners....down from my soapbox now. Sasha has a lovely smile :)

A fantastic portrait Christine. I had a German shephard long time ago and he was friendly too. The dangerous ones are the Belgian breed Mechelse shephard which is used worldwide by policeforces.

Sasha has a great smile! I had a German Shepherd who was a great loyal dog! I miss her so much. I would get a Shepherd but I can't commit to the time to get it started and I would have to change the fence around our yard. It is in the longer term plans to maybe someday do it! Lucky you to get a great one! So want to pet her! V

Sasha seems a sweetheart....German Shepherds do account for most bites on humans here, yet would never doubt this one's positive vibes...perhaps we will meet one day, and establish a mutually comfortable rapport...certainly few can be so attractive..
