Mer Bleue area. Possibly a Coprinus species. Autumn rains bring forth a great variety of mushrooms and I find them quite magical and beautiful.

Great shot - I too love mushrooms. (Haven't had enough rain here to have many but hopefully will soon as cooler temperatures and moist ground become more common.) BV
