Braconid wasp (Meteorus) cocoons+non-braconid wasp

I found these minute cocoons hanging from a Sensitive Fern. A tiny wasp was investigating them. Bug Guide helped ID the cocoons, but the wasp remains unidentified for now.

I love the close up and presentation. Interesting a wasp is investigating another wasp's cocoons. I wonder if he knows its a similar species. V.
