Grevillea robusta
Richmond, New South Wales
In 1965 I found a metre-high plant growing close against the wall of my house. I pulled
it out, broke it in two, and put it in my bin. Next day I thought better of it; I retrieved
the half that was more likely to grow and put it in a hole in my back yard. It is now
about 16 metres tall, and gives me this wonderful show at this time each year.
