Found this place on the internet. Was prepared to be disappointed, but no, the gardens are lovely, and the tea and scones too. The usual route in from the turnoff from Bass Highway near Smithton is well signposted, but be prepared to get lost, or at least confused, if you take the owner's recommended "more interesting" route back to Stanley. The usual tourist map was not helpful, nor my GPS thingy. Just try to keep more or less north, and when you see the sea, go that way. Yes, it is more interesting.
