"Three Marys" #3 by David Fink

St. Mary Magdalene -- Apostle to the Apostles, considered by some to be the author of The Gospel of John, and to be Jesus' "Beloved Disciple" mentioned prominently therein. As the first witness to the Resurrection, Mary Magdalene is often depicted holding an Easter egg.

Agreed... I think it must be perspective. Beautiful series though David! - Albert

Hi Albert....I think it's merely an artifact of the perspective. I can assure you that her hands are very feminine and beautiful.....both of them! Actually, now that you've pointed it out, I kinda like the strong look of her right hand here.....it adds to what I consider the very powerful and influential figure that Mary Magdalene was. Best wishes, David

Well it looks like a very masculine hand. It doesn't look anything like her other hand.
I thought maybe you had another hand inserted for composition purposes. - Albert

Hi, Albert. Yes it is. Why? DF

That's not her right hand pointing at the egg... is it?:) - Albert
