This falls is easy to get to, but for the best view requires some treacherous climbing down a rocky trail, but is worth the walk. Coming from the West (Cookeville area) on I-40 exit Orchard Rd. Exit 329 and make a left at the top of the ramp, go to the next intersection which is Hwy 70 and make a right taking Hwy 70 East/North. Go about 4.6 miles and you will see the sign and a pull off on your right. The top of the falls is only about 100 yards off the parking area and you can walk right up to the edge and get a good look down to the base. To get to the base follow the trail from rim back toward the road, it actually comes out at the road and then curves downward. This trail is a bit treacheroous and you should be careful, but the hike down is well worth it as this falls is in a large ampitheater like setting. This is a worth the visit and the climb down is more tedious than strenuous. I rate this falls a 7 with a difficulty of a 5.
