From last Saturday's commitment ceremony--there is something so beautiful about fall flowers -- I think even more beautiful than the early pastels of the spring. The black cosmos were almost good enough to eat. A wonderful ceremony--I just don't know why but I always get a little teary and at each wedding I've done, a least one guest has remarked on it. Think I need to hide a little better, lol.

--- Morgan is in Kuwait for another week or so and then will head north to her duty station. She's reporting unbelieveably hot hot hot weather, and when I mentioned it had rained the other day I could hear the wistful yearning in her email for some relief. That and she's not really fond of the sandstorms that remind her of hurricanes. It's a good thing she's starting to yack about the weather--must be she's settling in :)
