Growing up in the 60s and 70s on ALtruria street across from 15 you felt safe. Us obys would stop in during the summer to register the bikes and talk to the officer on the desk. They knew my dad,grandfather, uncles and counsins (they were also Buffalo's finest). The station was a hub of activity and allure for a young boy. It will be missed. Those classic police stations are things of the past, too bad.

I USED TO PICK UP BIKES AND STOLEN RECOVERED PROPERTY AT ALL THE STATIONS AND TAKE THEM DOWN TO THE HEADQUARTERS.MEMORIES.
